Welcome to BYST MODE, an entertainment platform that connects event organizers with attendees. By using our website, web app, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Users (ticket buyers / attendees)
Organizers (event creators / sellers)

1. For Users (Attendees / Ticket Buyers)

1.1 Your Relationship

BYST MODE provides the platform, but the contract is between you and the event organizer. The organizer is responsible for the event itself, including safety, quality, and delivery.

1.2 Accounts

You must create an account with accurate personal details.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
Notify us immediately through our email or contacts if you suspect unauthorized access.
Persons above 18 may create accounts; underage users require guardian consent. BYST MODE is not responsible for false age information.

1.3 Payments & Fees

Ticket prices are set by the organizer.
BYST MODE may add a booking or service fee. This fee is non-refundable.
Payments are processed securely through trusted partners (e.g., mobile money, cards, banks). We do not store card details.

1.4 Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds depend on the reason for event cancellation.
If the organizer cancels an event, you may be entitled to a refund (excluding booking fees).
BYST MODE may assist with refunds if funds are held in our system but is not responsible for refund decisions.

1.5 Tickets & Entry

Each ticket has a unique code. Only one entry per ticket is allowed unless re-entry is permitted.
If a ticket is duplicated, only the first valid scan will be admitted.
Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.
Ensure your phone is charged and ticket visible at entry.

1.6 Prohibited Behavior

Reselling tickets for profit.
Using BYST MODE to commit fraud, spam, or distribute harmful content.
Disrupting or misusing the platform unlawfully.

1.7 Liability

BYST MODE is not responsible for event quality, safety, or cancellations.
Attendance is at your own risk.
We are not liable for injury, theft, or loss at events.

1.8 Privacy

We collect and process data to provide services.
Some details (name, email, phone) may be shared with organizers for event management.
Your data is protected under Ugandan and applicable data protection laws.

2. For Organizers (Event Creators / Sellers)

By selling tickets, you enter a contract with ticket buyers.
You are responsible for event safety and attendee service.
Event details must be accurate and lawful.
BYST MODE charges a commission or booking fee per ticket.
Payouts occur after the event or per agreed schedules.
Refund policies must be clearly stated during event creation.
BYST MODE may hold funds if an event is fraudulent or cancelled unreasonably.
Organizers must not misuse attendee data, create fake events, or bypass payment systems.
You are fully responsible for legal compliance and attendee safety.
By listing on BYST MODE, organizers grant a license to display and promote events.
You may only use attendee data for legitimate event purposes and must follow data protection laws.

3. General Terms

BYST MODE may update these Terms anytime; continued use implies acceptance.
Accounts breaking Terms may be suspended or removed.
Ugandan law governs these Terms; disputes will be handled in Ugandan courts.
The platform design, software, and trademarks belong to BYST MODE. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
BYST MODE strives for 24/7 uptime but is not liable for downtime or internet outages.

4. Final Statement

By registering on BYST MODE as an Organizer or User, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
